July 18, 1993 Jacoby (Coby Boi) Loury was born in Rochester, N.Y,
growing up as a kid he wrote poems. “I wish I was a poet sometimes, but
every time I go to write a poem it sounds like rap lyrics when I go to
recite it. I'd record some of my poems over instrumentals and then I
learned I had a talent.” Listening to Eminem as he grew up,
"Nothing but Eminem,”Coby Boi found inspiration. Then in the 8th grade,
he discovered B.o.B on myspace. When asked why he does this he said “ I
do this because all my friends keep telling me I have what it
takes for this to evolve into something big and for my mother who supports all of my
musical aspirations. It’s also the way I relieve the
stresses that come from work and school life.” Now being down with the
team at MAKE Management in Syracuse, NY and attending Syracuse
University, Coby Boi hopes to achieve his goals by making quality music
and working hard to satisfy all of his supporters. So be prepared for the Coby Boi takeover in 2012. | |
